The Village of Conques
On the road to Conques
A major stop-off print on the Route de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle (via Podiensis), thanks to its abbey church relics of Sainte Foy skull. It's also a pretty village among one of the most beautiful villages in France.
The village sits on the edge of the Gorge of the rivers Dourdon & l'Ouche and is shaped like a shell. You will discover many splendid monuments along the alleyways.
